I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and friendly. The front desk worker, Mariah, was especially great—she was professional, kind, and very helpful throughout check-in. She made the process smooth and made me feel comfortable right away. Even though my stay was short, the positive attitude of the staff really stood out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

Hampton inn is our favorite hotel and first choice. This particular hotel stood out of all Hilton properties we stayed at recently. Very clean, comfy beds, and spacious room. We were warmly welcomed by Amanda one absolutely amazing lady. She was there all evening providing us some cutlery, bowls etc everything we asked for patiently with a sweet smile. She even cleaned the table for us which really impressed us. She is such an asset to this hotel. There were those delicious freshly baked cookies as usual and coffee station. Hampton inn tops any hotel in this area. Highly recommend this Hampton inn . You will be definitely be pleased with your stay.
We had to unexpectedly stop in El Centro due to car trouble. The front desk worker, Adelina, helped us book a room. We were there very early and she asked the staff if they could clean our room early so we could get in. We were under a lot of stress but she made us feel a lot better in a tough situation. She recommended restaurants and things we could do while we tried to figure out our next steps. The maintenance man even let my husband borrow a tool to fix the car and we were able to get back on the road the next day. Overall all the staff were very nice and it made such a difference in our day.
Traveling from San Diego me and my Wife got the best of experiences staying at this establishment in El Centro California… Staff was very welcoming upon arrival, service was second to none, breakfast in the morning set the bar so high I forgot I was in El Centro!!! Thank yhu Adelina this whole experience is a reflection of awesome amendable management…
New, clean and very spacious rooms. Shower was awesome. The Air con fan is very noisy, we were told this is the case in every room. Breakfast is very good and well presented

Over the past few years when I'm in El Centro, I stay at the Inn. Rooms are up to date, clean and staff friendly an helpful. Morning breakfast is simple but provides the energy for the start of the day. Located right of I-8. Normally the price is right as well.
